OnFaya Global Private Limited ("we", "us") operates onfaya.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment gateway. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of a card, but we do not store full card details.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent, and referring website. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Why we use it

  • To process, pack, ship and deliver your order
  • To contact you about your order, including delivery updates and returns
  • To process refunds and exchanges
  • To prevent and investigate fraud and non-delivery
  • To improve our website and product range
  • To send you marketing communications, where you have opted in
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

3. Legal basis We process your data on the basis of the consent you provide when you place an order or subscribe, and where processing is necessary to perform our contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with We share only what is necessary, and only with:

  • Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order and manage returns
  • Payment gateways, to process payments and refunds
  • Shopify Inc., which hosts this store and processes order data on our behalf
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta, for website analytics and measurement of our advertising
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside India Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store and process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected.

6. Cookies We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

7. How long we keep it We keep order and transaction records for as long as required under applicable tax and company law. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained in line with the settings of the analytics providers we use.

8. Your rights Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

  • Give you access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or complete inaccurate data
  • Erase your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf

9. Marketing We only send marketing emails and messages to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing support@onfaya.in.

10. Security We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and our store runs over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
